Jennifer Papworth

Program Manager, Arizona Center for Civic Leadership

Jennifer Papworth joined the Flinn Foundation in April 2022 as Program Manager for the Arizona Center for Civic Leadership. In collaboration with the Foundation’s Vice President, Civic Leadership, Jennifer is responsible for the design and execution of programming for the center, including activities related to the Flinn-Brown Fellowship and Arizona Civic Exchange (CivEx). In addition, Jennifer assists in building civic engagement collaborations and partnerships with other civic- and leadership-focused organizations throughout Arizona.

Previously, Jennifer served in government relations and public policy roles with a local, state, and federal focus, including as federal relations manager for Arizona State University, district representative for Congressman Raúl Grijalva, and as a governing board member for the Avondale Elementary School District.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in public service and public policy from ASU.
