The purpose of the Center is to advance the Foundation’s mission and support its focused work in four areas of philanthropic interest: arts and culture, the biosciences, civic leadership, and education (the Flinn Scholars). We welcome qualified nonprofit organizations closely aligned with the Foundation’s work in these areas to apply for booking access.

1️⃣ Booking a room requires a one-time preliminary step: Apply for Booking Access.

2️⃣ After your application is approved, you can use our online booking system, Skedda, to book a meeting space.

Booking Instructions

Instructions for booking a room in Skedda, our self-service booking platform, will be included in the email approving your booking-access membership. A calendar displaying room availability is viewable in Skedda, as well as below on this page.

Reservations through Skedda are not finalized until you receive a confirmation email that includes the Center guidelines and a map to the Foundation.

All meetings scheduled are reviewed by staff to assess the appropriateness of the proposed use and compliance with space limitations. You will be contacted within 24 hours of booking if there are any issues with your reservation.

You may change, cancel, and edit meeting details through Skedda as late as 24 hours prior to your meeting.

Meeting Room Availability

Visit our Skedda calendar to see availability in the Center’s two conference spaces: the Terrace Room and the Pavilion Room. One you have been approved for booking access, you will be able to book a meeting space using the Skedda system.
