Booking Instructions

Instructions for booking a room in Skedda will be included in the email approving your booking-access membership. A calendar displaying room availability is viewable in Skedda, as well as below on this page.

If you need to request multiple dates (such as for a two-day meeting), you must complete a separate booking request for each day in Skedda.

Approved users may book up to two events per calendar month.

Reservations through Skedda are not finalized until you receive a confirmation email that includes the Conference Center guidelines and a map to the Foundation.

All meetings scheduled are reviewed by staff to assess appropriateness of the proposed use and compliance with space limitations. The Foundation reserves the right to seek clarification about or cancel a planned meeting that falls outside of the Conference Center’s acceptable use. 

You may change, cancel, and edit meeting details through Skedda up to 24 hours prior to your meeting.
