Canadian group invests in autism research

[Source: The Arizona Republic] – A Canadian foundation will invest $200,000 in Phoenix-based Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center in a pact that will allow the groups to share resources and programs for people with autism.

Calgary-based Sinneave Family Foundation picked SARRC to help train and develop programs that teach social and vocational skills for teenagers and adults with autism. The two groups also expect to jointly pursue research of the disease.
