[Source: The Arizona Republic] – One week after Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. reported strong quarterly profit and sales, four top executives sold shares worth more than $12 million.
Chief Executive Officer Jonah Shacknai sold 400,000 shares in transactions reported last Thursday and Friday for a total of $10.6 million, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
