[Source: PRNewswire] – SCAN Health Plan Arizona announced today that three local Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) hospitals joined the health plan’s provider network, effective Jan. 1. As a result, SCAN members in Maricopa County now have access to St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, Chandler Regional Medical Center, and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.
