Rosellen Papp, C.F.A.
Vice Chair, Treasurer
Rosellen Papp joined the Flinn Foundation Board of Directors in 1998 and was elected treasurer in 2005 and vice chair in 2023. As partner and research director at L. Roy Papp and Associates in Phoenix, she has more than 40 years of experience in security and financial analysis. Ms. Papp joined the firm in 1981 upon moving to Arizona from Illinois, where she supervised strategic planning in G.D. Searle & Co.’s pharmaceutical group.
Ms. Papp is active in the arts community, serving as a trustee of the Phoenix Art Museum and a director of Ballet Arizona. She is a trustee emerita at the Desert Botanical Garden, a member of the ASU Foundation’s Woman and Philanthropy Program, and serves on the board of the Civic Improvement Corporation.
After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Michigan, Ms. Papp graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a member of the CFA Institute and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1984.
