Lisa Baker joined the Foundation in May 2000, and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President, Operations.

Lisa is responsible for all building and conference center operations, human resources, payroll, budgeting, accounts payable and other various accounting functions, and special and capital projects. She also supervises the Foundation’s IT, building operations, and conference center staff.

Lisa has a degree in business administration from Grand Canyon University. Prior to joining Flinn, she was the corporate Vice President of Public Affairs for a nonprofit organization with continuum-of-care retirement communities in Arizona and Oklahoma.
