Support for a project, in partnership with Phoenix Children’s Hospital, to develop develop, test, and commercialize the world’s first pediatric wearable Robotic Ankle Assist Device, which addresses two urgent clinical needs: (1) augmenting community mobility, and (2) delivering effective at-home neuromuscular gait therapy. This grant is awarded under the Flinn Foundation Translational Research Seed Grant Initiative to support research collaborations between basic scientists and clinical researchers.
