Videoconference unveils Arizona bioscience reports

Arizona leaders gathered at an April 15 virtual event to watch and discuss presentations from two external technology-development experts. The first report shared the finding that Arizona’s bioscience sector is performing at its highest level since data tracking began in 2002, with the second report pointing to the impact of the Technology and Research Initiative Fund, or TRIF, the sales-tax mechanism to support research funding at Arizona’s public universities approved by voters as part of Proposition 301 in 2000.
