Dr. Zervos–she received her Ph.D. in economics in 1995 from the University of Rochester–is an expert on emerging-market economies. As her day job at Oppenheimer Funds, she oversees billions of dollars in emerging-markets assets as portfolio manager of Oppenheimer International Bond Fund, Oppenheimer Emerging Markets Debt Fund, and Oppenheimer Global Strategic Income Fund.
