Local K-8 teachers are eligible for scholarships to take science courses through Pima Community College. The online courses are designed to help them teach science.
Teachers in Yuma, Cochise and Santa Cruz counties are also eligible. Courses are also being offered through Arizona Western College and Cochise College.
To learn more or to register for the courses, attend the Enrollment Fair and Orientation to Online Learning on Monday, October 19 from 4 to 6 p.m. at PCC’s Community Campus, 401 N. Bonita Ave.
