Nobel winner to lead ASU health effort

[Source: Ken Alltucker, The Arizona Republic] – Arizona State University has recruited Nobel Prize winner Leland “Lee” Hartwell to lead a new university-research center that will focus on early detection of cancer and other diseases.

The newly created Center for Sustainable Health at ASU’s Biodesign Institute will research diseases such as lung cancer as well as tackle issues such as health policy and health economics.
