BIO 207, CRN 22492, Biotechnology Instrumentation II (4 Credits); Principles and methodologies of protein biotechnology, including chromatography, 1D & 2D polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, enzyme assays, western blotting, and cell culture. Prerequisite: Permission of Instructor. Students should have had college biology and chemistry (BIO 181 or 156, CHM 151 or 130). Note: you do NOT need have BIO 206 to take BIO 207.
