Program Coordinator, Scholarship and Education Initiatives

Kiana Keys joined the Flinn Foundation in 2021. As the Program Coordinator, Scholarship and Education Initiatives, Kiana provides high-level administrative support for the Flinn Scholars Program. She utilizes her communication and project management skills to facilitate the recruitment, online application, and review process of the scholarship, and coordinate program funding and events.  

Before joining the Foundation, Kiana lived in Europe and around the U.S. with her family who served in the U.S. Air Force. This led her to Arizona State University, where she graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies. Currently, she is a mentor at New Pathways for Youth and leads the Health and Wellness Committee for Flinn employees.
