Haydee Kukowski

Program Manager, Scholarship and Education Initiatives

Haydee Kukowski joined the Flinn Foundation in 2016 and supports the recruitment, selection, and professional development of Flinn Scholars as Program Manager, Scholarship and Education Initiatives. Haydee also serves on education-focused working groups to further inform the Foundation on the education landscape within the state.  

Prior to joining Flinn, Haydee supported research and data initiatives at Arizona State University. With over a decade of experience in the field of education, she has previously held the roles of teacher’s assistant, A.V.I.D. tutor, substitute teacher, and high school math teacher. 

A first generation Peruvian-American from Phoenix, Haydee holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education from ASU and Northern Arizona University and is a Barrett, the Honors College graduate. She is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in workplace instructional design from Boise State University.
