Development and piloting of “Prevent Healthcare-Associated Antimicrobial-Resistant Microbes (HAARM),” a framework, in partnership with the Translational Genomics Research Institute, to respond to antimicrobial resistance, an omnipresent threat in the U.S. health-care system. For this project, C-Path will expand the functionality of its Relational Sequencing Data Platform for Tuberculosis (ReSeqTB) platform, a tuberculosis-focused knowledge base that standardizes and aggregates genomic and culture-based drug susceptibility data into a single rational database.
