February 5, 2015

By Arizona Center for Civic Leadership

Whether in the public or private sectors, the call for talent and leadership development is everywhere. Transitions, as we are experiencing now in state government, shine an especially bright light on the continual demand for leaders with the knowledge, skills, commitment, and networks to get the state’s work done. Flinn-Brown is an investment in this type of leadership. It serves as a platform for Fellows to test ideas, learn from those with whom they disagree, delve into vital state policy questions, and increase their level of public service. Cultivating a future leadership cadre for public service in Arizona is an important opportunity—one that Flinn-Brown embraces.

A brief introduction of the Flinn-Brown Fellows follows.
