[Source: The Arizona Republic] – Ever since Motorola moved out of its 152-acre site on Price Road and put the property up for sale, Chandler officials have dreamed of the property as a science and technology park.
That dream took its first concrete step toward reality this week when the new owner, Austin-based Capital Commercial Investments, filed an application for rezoning.
The developer calls the project Continuum at Price Corridor.
