Arizona Science Center gets $1.2 million grant from NIH

[Source: zikker.com] – The Arizona Science Center has received a $1.2 million grant from the National Institutes of Health to explore new ways to educate families, students and teachers about advances and research in the bioscience field.

The five-year program will give students and the general public a glimpse into the human body, its parts and processes, and new advances in biomedical research and technology. Called Framing New Pathways to Medical Discovery for Families Students and Teachers, the project was developed in partnership with scientists at several research institutes in Arizona.
